We understand that managing a property as part of an estate can involve a lot of practical work, from securing and clearing the property to arranging repairs, maintenance, cleaning and preparing it for sale.
Our hands-on experience across property care, maintenance and clearance allows us to provide practical, real-world solutions while taking the pressure off families, executors and estate professionals.

MEET THE TEAM
Our team brings together years of practical property experience, specialist skills and a genuine commitment to helping our clients. From managing properties and coordinating works to clearance, maintenance and administration, we work together to provide a reliable service from start to finish.
James is the main point of contact for all enquiries and oversees the practical work carried out for our clients.
With 10 years of experience in the property industry, James has worked with well-known clients including Prezzo, Nando’s and multiple property companies. He handles each case from start to finish, coordinating the work and ensuring clients receive a smooth, reliable service.

Chloe manages the back-office side of East Probate Solutions, helping keep the business organised and running smoothly.
She oversees finance, HR and administration, ensuring everything behind the scenes is managed efficiently and professionally. Working alongside James, Chloe helps maintain a well-organised service for our clients.

Terry (Property Maintenance Lead)
With more than 30 years of experience in the property maintenance trade, Terry brings an exceptional depth of practical knowledge to the team.
A true jack of all trades, there’s very little Terry can’t fix. From general repairs to more complex maintenance work, his experience and practical approach make him an invaluable part of the team.
Sean (Property Clearance Lead)
Sean has five years of experience within the property clearance industry and takes great pride in his attention to detail.
He approaches every clearance thoroughly, respectfully and efficiently, helping ensure properties and their contents are handled with care and left in the best possible condition.
Chris is our qualified plumber, bringing years of experience and specialist knowledge to the team.
He provides expert support with plumbing repairs and maintenance, helping ensure properties remain safe, functional and well maintained.

Alex has been with East Probate Solutions for just over a year and supports the team across a range of practical property services.
From property clearances and maintenance to garden clearance, Alex brings a hands-on approach to every job and plays an important role in helping keep properties clean, tidy and well maintained.
